🎯 ABOUT THE ROLES
We are hiring full-time, on-site Instructors and Assistant Instructors across three tracks:
🔵 Full Stack Web Development - Instructor & Assistant Instructor
Teach students to architect, build, and ship production-grade web applications end to end — from semantic HTML and React on the frontend, to Node.js APIs, PostgreSQL databases, Docker containers, and live cloud deployments. You will instill professional engineering habits: clean code, CI/CD pipelines, secure authentication, and scalable system design.
🟢 DSA + Core Computer Science - Instructor & Assistant Instructor
Train students to think like systems engineers. You will go beyond surface-level problem solving — teaching data structures and algorithms with depth, guiding students to build a fully functional relational database engine from scratch, and developing deep intuition for OS internals, concurrency, memory management, and distributed systems fundamentals.
🟡 Data Analytics - Instructor & Assistant Instructor
Develop structured, data-driven thinkers. You will take students from raw data to actionable insights - covering mathematical foundations, exploratory data analysis, probability and statistics, hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and applied case studies across domains like finance, sports, logistics, and product analytics.

🔵 Full Stack
• DSA: Arrays, OOP, Trees, Graphs, DP, Heaps, Recursion, Binary Search
• Frontend: HTML/CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN
• Backend: Node.js, Express, REST API design, JWT, OAuth 2.0, MVC architecture
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Prisma, Mongoose, indexing & query optimization
• DevOps: Git workflows, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker, Vercel, Railway, AWS basics
• Security: OWASP Top 10, XSS, CSRF, SQL injection, secure SDLC
• System Design: Caching (Redis), WebSockets, microservices, Core Web Vitals
🟢 DSA + Core CS
• DSA: Arrays, OOP, Hashmaps, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, DP, Heaps, Greedy, Recursion
• DBMS Internals: Storage engines, B+ trees, buffer pool, query optimizer, Volcano model
• Transactions: ACID, 2PL, MVCC, Write-Ahead Logging, ARIES recovery
• Modern Databases: LSM trees, columnar storage, OLTP vs OLAP, RocksDB, DuckDB
• OS: Process management, scheduling, concurrency, IPC, virtual memory, file systems
• Networks: DNS, socket programming, IP/subnetting, routing, NAT, DHCP
• Capstone: Guide students to build a fully functional MiniDB from scratch
🟡 Data Analytics
• Maths: Discrete Maths, Probability & Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus
• Data Foundations: Loading, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis
• Visualization & Decision Making: Patterns, user behavior, actionable insights
• Statistics: Distributions, Bayes theorem, real-world applications
• Hypothesis Testing: Validating assumptions using statistical methods
• Regression: Linear regression (price prediction), logistic regression (classification)
• Product Analytics: Root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, domain case studies
🛠️ SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and refine project-heavy labs, assignments, and capstone projects
• Evaluate students on code quality, analytical depth, and real-world readiness
• Conduct structured code reviews and maintain professional development standards
• Lead deep-dive doubt-solving sessions and office hours
• Help students build strong debugging skills and engineering instincts
• Contribute to improving course structure, content, and assessments
• Maintain high academic rigor and a collaborative learning environment
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
Experience
For Instructor roles:
• 3–8 years of hands-on industry experience in:
→ Full-stack or frontend/backend engineering (Full Stack track)
→ Backend, systems, or database engineering (DSA + Core CS track)
→ Data analytics, business analytics, or data science (Data Analytics track)
• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade systems or analytical solutions
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a strong plus
For Assistant Instructor roles:
• 1–3 years of industry or academic experience
• Strong fundamentals in at least one track
• Eagerness to teach, mentor, and grow into a lead instructor role
• Fresh graduates with exceptional skills are welcome to apply
Technical Skills (Role-Specific)
🔵 Full Stack: React.js, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, JWT/OAuth, Docker, Next.js, Prisma, Redis, CI/CD, AWS/GCP
🟢 DSA + Core CS: Database internals, Java or C++, PostgreSQL, MySQL/InnoDB, LevelDB/RocksDB, low-level systems programming
🟡 Data Analytics: Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn), statistical methods, hypothesis testing, regression modeling
