Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves conducting needs analyses, designing and developing instructional materials, and managing the implementation of training programs. Responsibilities include creating engaging learning experiences, managing curriculum development, and aligning training content to business goals for continuous workforce development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Needs Analysis to identify learning objectives and gaps.
- Experience in Instructional Design and creating structured course materials.
- Expertise in Training & Development, including facilitating workshops and developing training interventions.
- Strong skills in Learning Management and utilizing learning platforms effectively.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and designing learning paths for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to design learner-centered and engaging solutions using innovative methods and tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
