Hiring: Instructional Designer | Gurugram | Immediate Joiner
Indus Management Consultant Pvt Ltd. is looking for an experienced Full Time On Site Instructional Designer to join our team.
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: ₹6–7 LPA
Location: Gurugram
Joining: Immediate
Key Requirements:
1. Hands-on experience in Instructional Design
2. Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles
3. Experience in designing ILT, VILT, e-learning, microlearning, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments, and certification content
4. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms
5. Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and collaborating with SMEs
6. Excellent content writing and curriculum design skills
Preferred:
1. Experience in Telecom or Retail Sales training
2. Exposure to AI-powered learning tools
3. Knowledge of Canva, Camtasia, or similar tools
Additional Requirements:
1. Immediate joiners preferred
2. Candidate must have their own laptop
