Instructional DesignerPosition Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Instructional Designer with 4 to 6 years of expertise in instructional design and learning solution development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating engaging and effective learning materials across various modalities including digital, blended, virtual, and instructor-led formats.

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing learning collaterals, storyboards, assessments, and instructional materials. The role requires collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team members to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Learning Collaterals: Utilize Microsoft Suite and approved templates to create engaging learning materials.
- Create Storyboards: Develop text and visual storyboards that include user interface (UI) designs, visual elements, and functionality specifications.
- Develop Assessments and Instructional Activities: Create assessments, instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, and self-study materials to enhance learning experiences.
- Visualize Instructional Graphics: Maintain quality and consistency in graphics using style guides, checklists, and delivery guidelines.
- Collaborate with SMEs and Team Members: Work closely with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Strong Writing and Editing Skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, Articulate Suite, Adapt, GenAI, and SCORM/LMS knowledge
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years in instructional design and learning solution development.
