Role Description
This is a hybrid (3 days work from office in a week), contract-based role for an Instructional Designer specializing in corporate e-learning for one of our client. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing and developing interactive e-learning content, creating detailed storyboards, and maintaining alignment with client objectives. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, optimizing learning management solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Needs Analysis and identifying specific learning requirements
- Expertise in Instructional Design and creating engaging, learner-centric training materials
- Experience in Training & Development and implementing advanced learning strategies
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and effective management of online training platforms
- Strong skills in Curriculum Development and designing structured learning paths
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in remote environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus
