Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for analyzing training needs, designing effective instructional materials, developing curricula, implementing learning management systems, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create innovative training programs and drive employee development across different learning platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Needs Analysis and Training & Development methodologies.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, and creating learning materials.
- Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and overseeing digital or online learning programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities in a remote work environment.
- Experience applying adult learning theories and best practices in education and training is a plus.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in instructional design, education, or a related field.
