Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis to identify learning objectives, creating engaging and effective instructional materials, and developing and implementing curriculum for blended learning environments. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training solutions that enhance learning outcomes and address organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Needs Analysis to assess organizational and learner requirements for targeted training solutions
- Experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create high-quality educational content
- Knowledge of Training & Development practices and Learning Management systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with eLearning tools or technologies is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
