Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructional Designer based in the Pune Division of Multiversity Group. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing engaging learning models, developing curriculum content, managing learning management systems, and coordinating training programs. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure educational materials meet organizational and learner needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Needs Analysis and identifying performance gaps
- Expertise in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
- Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensuring content alignment with client's requirement
- Skills in Training & Development and creating learning opportunities for diverse audiences
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
- Familiarity with eLearning tools, AI tools, and methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in creating content for multilingual and multicultural audiences is highly desirable
