- Convert source material and topics into structured courses: outlines, storyboards, assessments
- Use AI authoring tools to build SCORM courses, review output for accuracy and flow
- Work with subject experts to simplify complex topics for learners
- 0-3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning content
- Bonus: familiarity with Articulate or similar tools, and an eye for clean visual design
