Job Description: Instructional Designer (Contract, 5 to 6 months; duration is extendable if the project continues)

Location: Remote

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a 5-6 month contract. This role involves developing engaging learning materials primarily in Hindi, collaborating closely with SMEs to meet learning objectives.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop effective e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, and assessments.

Apply instructional design principles to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.

Conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.

Update and revise content based on feedback and evaluation data.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in instructional design, with a focus on creating content .

Proficiency in e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.

Strong communication skills .

Bachelors degree in any field.

Additional Information:
