Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Instructional Designer role based in Noida. The Instructional Designer will analyze learning needs, define learning objectives, and design structured, learner-centered curricula and training modules for diverse audiences. Daily responsibilities include creating storyboards and course outlines, developing digital and instructor-led learning materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex content into clear, engaging learning experiences. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs, iterating designs based on feedback and data, and aligning solutions with client goals and learning outcomes. The Instructional Designer will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in design standards, learning technology use, and delivery quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certification in Instructional Design from a recognized Institute
- A portfolio of Work Samples in Articulate Rise 360
