Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Instructional Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our Noida team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging, learner-centric training and wants to work on global client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, learner-focused training experiences
- Develop interactive and impactful eLearning content
- Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts
- Create storyboards, scripts, and instructional content
- Develop courses using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Ensure learning solutions meet quality and instructional design standards
- Work on real client projects across global industries
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning development
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
