Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with hands- on Synthesia video creation experience to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal
candidate will design engaging digital learning content, manage a small content team, and contribute to building high-impact online learning programmes.
✅Position - Instructional Designer
📍Location - #Remote
💰Package - Upto 3 LPA
🏢Experience - 6 months & above
🕰️Shift timing - 3pm-12am
✅ Roles & responsibility -
💠Design structured, learner-centric online courses and microlearning modules.
💠Write scripts, storyboards, and interactive assessments aligned with learning objectives.
💠Collaborate with product, marketing, and subject matter experts to ensure content quality.
💠Review, update, and improve existing learning materials based on learner feedback.
✅ Requirements-
💠Mandatory hands-on experience with #Synthesia for AI video-based content creation.
💠Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (#ADDIE, #Bloom’s #Taxonomy, etc.).
💠Experience with #LMS platforms and digital authoring tools.
💻 Should have their own laptops.
