Role Description
This is a remote contract role for an Instructional Designer. The primary responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, designing instructional materials, developing curricula, and supporting training initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting Needs Analyses and assessing learning gaps to determine training requirements
- Experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development for diverse learning environments
- Expertise in Training & Development, including creating and implementing training programs
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and processes to manage and deliver courses effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in technology-focused industries or certifications in AI/Blockchain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred
