• Create engaging e-learning modules, presentations & learning content
• Work closely with SMEs to simplify complex topics
• Design storyboards, quizzes, and interactive content
• Bring creativity into learning (not just boring slides!)
• Continuously improve learner experience

• Candidates with 1-3 years of experience
• Deep understanding of instructional design, learning principles, and accessibility
• Experience in creating online courses, mobile courses, micro-learning experiences
• Analytical skills to be able to determine the correct information
