Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Instructional Designer & Learning Experience Designer to create high-quality, engaging learning content for professional audiences. This role blends instructional strategy with strong visual design to deliver structured, visually compelling courses aligned with e-learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Work)
- Design course structures, define learning objectives, and organize lesson flow based on SME inputs
- Write, edit, and refine scripts for video-based learning content
- Create visual assets such as slides, infographics, and reusable templates aligned with course content
- Collaborate closely with video editors and production teams to ensure accurate execution of scripts and visuals
- Review course outputs, incorporate feedback, and maintain consistent quality across modules
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
- Excellent scriptwriting and content structuring skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on e-learning or professional training courses
- Familiarity with video production workflows
- Exposure to AI tools for content and design
