Profile: Instructional Designer – LMS & Content

Location: Bengaluru

Years of Experience: 2 - 5 years


Role Overview


We are looking for a highly execution-focused Instructional Designer who will own and manage our LMS ecosystem end-to-end while continuously creating, updating, and optimizing training content. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business inputs into structured, learner-friendly content.


Key Responsibilities


1. LMS Ownership & Management


Own day-to-day management of LMS platforms (user registrations/course enrollment/scores/hygiene)

Upload, organize, and maintain courses, modules, quizzes, and learning paths

Ensure LMS content is updated daily and reflects the latest business changes

Monitor learner progress, completion rates, and engagement metrics


2. Content Creation & Updating


Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Category, Sales, Ops, etc.) to gather inputs

Convert raw business inputs into structured training modules using Google Slides

Ensure content is simple, practical, and aligned with real-world use cases in digital learning ecosystem


3. Instructional Design & Learning Experience


Apply instructional design principles to improve learner engagement and retention

Structure content into clear, modular, easy-to-consume formats

Optimize content based on learner feedback and performance data


4. Stakeholder Management


Work closely with multiple teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content

Drive timely inputs and follow-ups with stakeholders

Act as the bridge between business teams and L&D wrt updated info hosted on LMS


Preferred Experience

2–5 years of experience in Instructional Design / L&D / LMS management

Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (preferably LearnWorlds / Frontlyne / Credo or similar)

Strong experience in content creation using Google Slides / PowerPoint and AI

Prior experience in fast-paced environments (startup experience preferred)


Good to Have

Experience in soft skills, behavioral, or management training content

Basic understanding of learning analytics and learner engagement metrics

Exposure to certification-based or self-paced learning programs


Key Skills

Strong content structuring and storytelling ability

High ownership and execution focus

Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage frequent updates

Ability to simplify complex information

LMS is always up-to-date with zero lag

Content reflects the latest business processes and is learner-friendly

High course completion and engagement rates
