Instructional Designers (K–12 | US Curriculum) — We’re Hiring (Remote)

🔍 Role Snapshot
- Review and refine lessons for instructional flow & standards alignment
- Work with SMEs to improve—not just edit—content
- Build storyboards & media plans for digital learning
- Write scripts, captions, and instructional components
- Ensure WCAG/accessibility compliance
- Use AI tools responsibly to enhance output quality
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in Instructional Design (K–12)
- Experience with U.S. standards (CCSS / TEKS / NGSS etc.)
- Strong skills in content structuring, writing, and pedagogy
- Comfortable in remote, deadline-driven environments
