Role Description
As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing engaging training programs and educational materials tailored to leadership development and coaching. This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves curriculum development, managing learning solutions, and facilitating instructor-led training sessions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful learning experiences that drive transformation and align with the company’s mission of fostering leadership excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
- Experience in managing Learning Management Systems
- Expertise in Training & Development and conducting Instructor-led Training sessions
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor training programs to meet diverse organizational needs
- Experience in leadership development or coaching is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
