Job Title: Instructional Design Senior Consultant (SAP / ERP Implementation)
Experience: 5-10 years
Location: Noida, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Trivandrum
Mandatory Skills
• Instructional Design experience (MANDATORY) – this role focuses on instructional design (not content development)
• Experience supporting large end-to-end ERP / SAP implementation projects
• SAP Enable Now experience (MANDATORY)
• Exposure to ERP implementation and system training rollouts
• Knowledge of SAP modules (FI, HR, MM, S/4HANA etc.)
• Instructional Design frameworks such as ADDIE, Kirkpatrick
• Storyboarding and digital learning design
• Experience creating learning deliverables such as WBT, videos, simulations, and VILT
• Proficiency with tools such as SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
