Job Summary
- :Support the execution of in-store marketing activities to enhance customer engagement and drive showroom footfall
- .Coordinate promotional campaigns, festive decorations, and brand visibility initiatives within the showroom
- .Ensure marketing materials such as standees, posters, danglers, and product displays are properly placed and maintained
- .Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, events, and promotional programs
- .Collaborate with sales and showroom teams to implement marketing campaigns effectively
- .Monitor in-store branding standards and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- .Collect customer feedback and support marketing analysis activities
- .This role is suitable for energetic individuals with strong communication and coordination skills
.Key Responsibilities & Duties
- :Execute in-store promotional campaigns and branding activities
- .Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials and display requirements
- .Ensure proper placement and upkeep of POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
- .Support showroom events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs
- .Maintain visual merchandising standards across the showroom
- .Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
- .Assist in distributing promotional materials and offers to customers
- .Coordinate with digital and field marketing teams for campaign execution
- .Track campaign performance and submit activity reports
- .Support festive and seasonal showroom decoration activities
.Core Mandatory Skills
- :Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- .Strong interpersonal and customer interaction skills
- .Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and promotional activities
- .Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors
