Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Institution (Tender) Business Head for Pharma Ethicals in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing institutional sales, managing tender operations, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth in the pharmaceutical ethicals segment. Key responsibilities include identifying tender opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with government and institutional regulations. This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact team and contribute to the company’s vision of driving advancements in healthcare.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in institutional sales, tender management, and relationship building with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical product portfolios and expertise in negotiating high-value contracts with public and private institutions.
- Strategic planning and business development skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in compliance with government & institutional requirements, along with knowledge of policies and regulations affecting the pharma ethicals industry.
- Proven leadership skills, including team management and the ability to inspire performance and accountability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy/Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Experience in managing institutional business operations in and around Mumbai is a strong advantage.
