Role Description
The Institutional Sales Manager - West will be responsible for overseeing and driving institutional sales in the region, with a primary location based in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and growing institutional sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include collaborating with internal teams, developing strategic pipelines, and ensuring excellent customer service standards to deliver business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Institutional Sales and general Sales management
- Strong understanding of Finance and Investment principles with the ability to incorporate them into sales strategies
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client relationship management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience in managing accounts and meeting institutional sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience within the travel accessory, retail, or sustainability sector is an added advantage
