Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Institutional Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and maintaining key relationships with institutional clients. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing opportunities with business partners, and managing sales pipelines. This role also entails providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate financial records related to sales performance and client accounts.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Institutional Sales and Sales strategies to build and manage client relationships
- Strong Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and sales-related financial reports
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and successful client engagement
- Knowledge of Investments and ability to align product offerings with client needs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in business development and account management within the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
