Institutional Sales Lead (North & South India) - EdTech / eLearning
Location: Remote (North & South India)
Experience: 4–6 Years
About the Role:
We are looking to hire 2 Institutional Sales Leads to drive partnerships across North and South India. This role focuses on building strong relationships with universities, colleges, and academic bodies, and converting them into consistent student enrollment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive institutional partnerships with universities and colleges across your region (North or South India)
• Own lead generation - cold outreach, networking, and relationship building
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (first connect → closure → enrollments)
• Build long-term academic relationships for recurring business
• Represent the company in institutional meetings, events, and forums
• Deliver on enrollment and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
• 4–6 years of experience in EdTech / eLearning sales or academic partnerships
• Strong network in either North or South India academic ecosystem
• Proven track record of institutional closures leading to student enrollments
• Strong lead generation / hunting mindset
• Comfortable with remote + travel-based role
• Highly target-driven and ownership-focused
Regions:
• North India: Delhi NCR, Haryana, पंजाब, UP, Rajasthan
• South India: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala
