Job Title: Institutional Sales Executive / Deputy Manager

Location: Clearmedi Bahra Multispeciality Hospital

Job Summary

The Institutional Sales Executive will be responsible for driving patient inflow and revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, TPAs, government bodies and other institutional partners. The role focuses on expanding the hospital’s network and strengthening brand visibility in the institutional segment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

•Identify and onboard new institutional clients such as corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, NGOs, and government organizations

•Develop strategic partnerships to increase patient flow

•Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets from institutional channels


2. Relationship Management

•Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and institutional clients

•Act as a single point of contact for institutional partners

•Ensure high client satisfaction and retention


3. Corporate Tie-ups & Camps

•Plan and execute health check-up camps, awareness programs and wellness initiatives for corporates

•Promote preventive healthcare packages and hospital services


4. Coordination & Internal Liaison

•Work closely with medical, operations and billing teams to ensure seamless service delivery

•Coordinate for onboarding of empanelment’s with insurance and TPAs


5. Market Intelligence

•Track competitor activities, pricing and service offerings

•Provide insights to improve hospital positioning and offerings


6. Reporting & MIS

•Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline tracking

•Provide regular updates to management on business performance


Key Requirements

Education

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field

•MBA (preferred)


Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry

• Experience handling corporate tie-ups and insurance/TPA empanelment’s


Skills

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Good understanding of hospital services and healthcare ecosystem

• Result-oriented with strong sales acumen


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of new institutional tie-ups

• Revenue generated from institutional clients

• Patient inflow through corporate/insurance channels

• Client retention rate

• Number of health camps and engagement activities conducted


Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in hospital marketing or healthcare sales

• Existing network with Corporates, Insurances and TPAs

• Self-motivated and target-driven
