Job Title: Institutional Sales Executive (B2B)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Interview)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Sales Executive (B2B) to drive business growth through institutional and corporate sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting energy and infrastructure-related solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle B2B and institutional sales activities
* Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and property developers
* Identify and approach industrial and commercial clients
* Generate new business opportunities through networking and market research
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
* Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
* Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of construction, industrial, or energy sectors preferred
* Excellent client-handling and relationship-building abilities
* Target-driven and self-motivated approach
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in B2B/institutional sales
* Prior experience in industrial or infrastructure-related sales will be an added advantage
* Ability to travel for client meetings if required
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Offs: Alternate Saturdays & All Sundays
