Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Institutional Sales role based in Hyderabad. As a key member of the sales team in our EdTech division, you will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, governments, and corporate clients. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales goals. You will also analyze market trends, develop tailored solutions, and ensure consistent follow-ups to drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Institutional Sales and Sales strategies
- Familiarity with Financial and Investment products within the educational domain
- Understanding of Trading processes and market dynamics
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Ability to pivot strategies based on KPI analysis and market feedback
- Relevant experience in the EdTech industry or education-related services is advantageous
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
