Title: Lead – B2B Sales
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Chief Business Officer
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact, result-oriented B2B Sales Leader to drive client acquisition and relationship management for our AIF and PMS offerings. The role demands strong domain expertise in financial products, an established network within the institutional and HNI ecosystem, and a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end sales strategy for AIF and PMS products, targeting institutional clients and HNIs.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities through structured outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with IFAs, distributors, and private wealth management firms to ensure sustained engagement and revenue growth.
- Deliver tailored investment solutions aligned to client requirements, backed by strong product understanding and market insights.
- Collaborate closely with investment and product teams to align offerings with evolving market opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch materials to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales pipeline and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve and exceed defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–12 years of experience in B2B sales within financial services, with a strong preference for AIF/PMS exposure.
- Solid understanding of investment products, regulatory frameworks, and client segmentation.
- Demonstrated success in institutional sales and relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value client relationships simultaneously.
