Job Summary:
DIYA is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to support the onboarding of channel partners, assist in driving sales, and help manage customer relationships for our Robotics education programs in schools. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn sales processes, partner management, and operations in the education technology sector. Job Description:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Partner Onboarding and Sales:
- Support in identifying and onboarding channel partners (CP) and Outreach Partners (OP) in the assigned region
- Assist partners in promoting and selling robotics education solutions to schools
- Help in achieving assigned sales targets
- Support the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Maintain and update sales records and reports
Operations and Customer Support:
- Assist in managing customer relationships during sales and post-sales phases
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth setup of robotics labs
- Support in arranging training sessions for mentors and teachers
- Ensure timely communication with clients for smooth execution of programs
- Provide basic support to schools and escalate issues when required
Financial Management & Payments:
- Assist in tracking payments from schools and follow up when needed
- Maintain basic records of sales and outstanding payments
- Support the team in preparing reports related to sales and collections
Brand Representation & Relationship Building:
- Support participation in school meetings, events, and promotional activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with school staff and partners
- Represent the company in a professional manner during interactions
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn sales and customer management
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Interest in education, robotics, or STEM fields
- Accommodate travel when required
