🏛 Building the Founding Leadership — Institutional CEO
HumanityOS is building Human Stability Infrastructure.
The mission is to create a system that stabilizes human cognitive processing so focus, clarity, and decision-making remain stable under real-world pressure.
Instead of treating burnout as a motivation or lifestyle issue, HumanityOS approaches it as a system-level regulation problem.
Current stage:
• Core system architecture completed
• Product conceive and planning phases completed
• MVP platform under development
• 1:1 professional interviews ongoing
• Pilot cohort preparation underway
• Founding team formation in progress
We are exploring the possibility of bringing an Institutional CEO / Founding Leader to help scale HumanityOS into a long-term global organization.
This role would focus on:
• Institutional leadership and company building
• Strategic partnerships and ecosystem development
• Scaling the organization beyond early pilots
• Building a durable global institution
The founder will continue to lead system architecture and product direction, while the CEO role would focus on organizational scaling and leadership.
Ideal profile
• Experience building or scaling mission-driven organizations
• Strong leadership and institutional thinking
• Comfortable working in early-stage environments
• Interested in building long-term global infrastructure
