Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning goals
- Develop and post compelling job descriptions across job boards and social platforms
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and professional networks
- Conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews
- Evaluate candidates using structured interview techniques
- Manage offer process and support onboarding coordination
Strategic & Operational Impact
- Maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting metrics
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Improve time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- Represent IABA at job fairs and community recruitment events
- Build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles
- Stay current with recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and compliance standards
