WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We’re scaling up a data‑driven marketing programme that spans monthly multi‑format content, rigorous SEO, always‑on social, and full‑funnel paid campaigns. You’ll be the conductor who keeps every moving part in tune—working with our designer/editor, the CEO, and outside specialists to turn sharp strategy into measurable growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Content Operations: Translate the monthly content plan into reality: coordinate copy, visuals and short‑form videos; refine designer outputs so every asset meets spec; run the content calendar and ensure timely publishing across channels. 
  2. SEO Leadership: Drive on‑page, technical and off‑page SEO: perform audits, keyword research, content optimisation, schema/meta updates and strategic backlink outreach to hit aggressive impression and ranking goals. 
  3. Social Media Management: Own day‑to‑day scheduling, posting and community engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & WhatsApp, backed by automation tools and monthly performance reporting.
  4. Paid Campaign Management: Partner with the team members (including the CEO and other managers) to build quarterly blueprints, launch multichannel campaigns, monitor CPL/CTR three times a week, and coordinate CRM/Looker dashboards for clear revenue attribution. 
  5. Analytics & Optimisation: Maintain a learning log, run A/B tests, and present insights that sharpen creatives, landing pages and budget allocation. 


Our ideal candidate

  • 2‑5 years of hands‑on digital marketing (agency or in‑house), with demonstrable wins in SEO and paid social/search.
  • Relentless self‑starter who loves experimenting, measuring and iterating. We are actively exploring integrating AI into marketing workflows; the candidate should be comfortable exploring things like that.
  • Good written English—you can turn a technical brief into punchy copy.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workflows in Notion, Hootsuite (or similar), Google Analytics/Looker, and CRM integrations.
