Role: Lead Product Designer

As the Lead Product Designer, you will play a critical role in defining the design vision, user experience, and aesthetics of our solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to craft intuitive and visually compelling designs that address user needs and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and drive the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
2. Create user-centric designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and usability.
3. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into impactful designs.
4. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
5. Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and improve user experience.
6. Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
2. Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
3. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
4. Ability to translate complex problems into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills to present and articulate design ideas effectively.
6. Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a lead or senior design role, ideally in a startup or tech company.
2. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
3. Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
4. A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
