Job Title: Travel On-Site Concierge Captain

Role Summary

The CREW Onsite Captain delivers seamless, end-to-end guest support at the destination. The role focuses on guest assistance, on-ground coordination, and ensuring a smooth, personalized travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and support them through check-in, arrival formalities, and itinerary clarifications.
• Provide quick, accurate assistance for guest queries and special requests.
• Offer local recommendations for dining, activities, transport, and experiences.
• Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and activity partners to ensure timely execution of plans.
• Manage last-minute changes or on-ground issues with speed, ownership, and professionalism.
• Maintain service quality and ensure every guest feels supported throughout their stay.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, travel operations, or customer service (on-ground experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good local destination knowledge and comfort working in dynamic environments.
• Ability to multitask, priorities, and solve real-time issues.

• Fully on-site at the destination.
• Rotational shifts including weekends/holidays based on guest movement.
