Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Installation Supervisor at Hybon Elevators. The Installation Supervisor will oversee the installation of elevators, coordinate with the project team, manage operations on-site, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing project timelines, and leading a team to ensure successful completion of all installation activities within budget and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management
- Knowledge and experience in Electricity concepts and applications
- Experience in conducting comprehensive inspections and ensuring quality assurance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Degree or certification in Engineering, Electrical, or a related field is highly desirable
- Experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus
