Job Summary
The Project Executive – Technical & Site Operations is responsible for site surveys, technical support, and assisting in project execution. The role ensures accurate project planning, smooth coordination, and timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site surveys, assess feasibility, and prepare reports
• Collect site data (measurements, photos, electrical details)
• Support system design, sizing, and BOQ preparation
• Assist in project planning, execution, and coordination
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with sales, design, vendors, and site teams
• Ensure material readiness and resolve on-site issues
• Maintain documentation and provide regular project updates

Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of solar systems (panels, inverter)
• Understanding of electrical systems
• Site measurement and reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil
• Experience in Solar EPC / Electrical Projects
• Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), or CRM tools
