Dreamlyf Overseas is a study abroad consultancy focused on helping students achieve their global education goals. We aim to simplify the journey of studying abroad through the right guidance, support, and opportunities.
We are building a strong digital presence and are looking for someone who can take ownership of our Instagram and turn it into a powerful growth and lead generation channel.
Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven and execution-focused individual who can independently manage and grow our Instagram.
This is not just a content creation role — we need someone who understands how to create content that drives engagement, inquiries, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-performing Instagram reels consistently
- Plan and execute a content strategy focused on growth and lead generation
- Identify trends, hooks, and formats that drive engagement and conversions
- Come up with new content ideas, campaigns, and strategies to increase inquiries
- Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that encourage action
- Monitor performance and continuously improve content
- Work independently with minimal guidance
Requirements
- Prior experience managing Instagram pages or creating reels
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends and audience behavior
- Ability to think strategically (not just execute)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, etc.)
- Proactive, consistent, and reliable
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Availability overlapping with Ireland's working hours
