📱 We're Hiring: Instagram Growth Specialist (Full-Time)
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes Instagram — someone who doesn't just create content but knows how to grow an audience, ride trends, and turn a scroll into a follow. If you've already built or significantly grown a channel from scratch and you're obsessed with travel, this one's for you.
🎯 What You'll Do
• Ideate, shoot, and edit 6+ Reels per week on travel planning topics (itinerary hacks, budget tips, visa steps, hidden gems, packing lists, planning tools, and more)
• Post engaging Stories daily — polls, questions, quizzes, countdowns, behind-the-scenes, and more to keep the audience hooked every single day
• Write punchy scripts, compelling hooks, and engaging captions
• Actively engage in the comments — replying, starting conversations, and commenting on posts within the travel niche to grow visibility
• Execute strategic follow/unfollow outreach to reach the right audience
• Own hashtag strategy — researching, testing, and rotating hashtags based on performance and the algorithm
• Stay ahead of Instagram's algorithm changes and adapt the content and engagement strategy accordingly
• Research and use trending audio, effects, and formats to maximise reach
• Actively comment on relevant Facebook groups and Reddit threads (r/travel, r/solotravel, etc.) to drive traffic to Roamio's website
• Share concepts and finished content for approval before posting
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on what's working
✅ What We're Looking For
• Genuine, deep passion for travel — this is non-negotiable
• Proven track record of growing an Instagram channel significantly (please share your handle or past work)
• Strong instinct for Reels trends, hooks, and what makes content shareable
• Deep understanding of Instagram's algorithm — how reach works, what triggers growth, and how to use hashtags strategically
• Knows how to use Stories not just for posting, but for building daily engagement and retention
• Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools
• Comfortable engaging authentically in online communities (Instagram, Facebook, Reddit)
• Organised, self-driven, and takes feedback constructively
