Media is changing faster than most people realize
Traditional content teams are too slow. Agencies take weeks. Brands still make content that feels like ads.
Meanwhile, small AI-native teams are building media brands faster than legacy companies can even approve a brief.
Thats where were playing.
Glido Labs is an AI-first media company. We make hyper-realistic AI campaigns for brands UGC, talking heads, cinematic shorts that don't look like AI made them. And we're building our own content IPs original universes, formats, characters designed from day one for an AI-native production stack.
We're not "experimenting with AI." AI is the stack. Every shot, every story, every workflow built differently from how legacy media is built. Some of what we're working on hasn't been seen anywhere yet.
Glido Labs is building AI-native content brands across Travel, Finance, Lifestyle, Original digital IPs etc.
We create content that feels native to the internet and not corporate.
And increasingly, that content is powered by AI workflows that traditional teams dont understand yet.
Some of what were building simply shouldnt be possible with a team this small.

What this role actually is
You will help us crack what the next generation of Instagram growth looks like.
Not "post three times a day." Not "write captions." Not "festival" Canva posts.
Your job is to understand:
- What creators are growing fast
- What reel formats are exploding
- What hooks are driving retention
- What editing styles feel fresh
- What trends are dying
- What aesthetic storytelling formats are emerging
And then help us build better versions faster.
What You Will Actually Do
- Track creators obsessively across Instagram and identify trends before they become obvious
- Edit short-form reels using tools like CapCut, VN Video Editor, Adobe Premiere Pro or whatever tool you are fastest at
- Build story content that feels native—not forced
- Bring fresh content references weekly
- Help us test new hooks, formats, transitions, storytelling angles
- Work on AI-generated creator content most people have not seen before
You Are Probably a Fit If
- You naturally notice: this format is getting overused, this creator is about to blow up, this hook is why this reel retained people
- You have edited your own content before
- You consume content like a creator, not like a casual user
- You do not need someone telling you what is trending
Nice to Have
- You have run a meme page, theme page, personal content account, or creator page
- Experience with CapCut, VN Video Editor, or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of AI content creation workflows
Bonus Points
- You study Instagram like it is a sport
- You have a portfolio of reels or content you have created
