🧑‍💻 YOUR ROLE

We're looking for an Instagram Content Creator to own Arrowhead's Instagram presence end-to-end. You'll be the creative brain behind our brand's visual identity on the platform - Instagram for creating content that makes voice AI feel tangible, exciting, and relevant to a B2B fintech audience.

This isn't a generic social media role. You'll work closely with the founding team to translate deep technical and business narratives into scroll-stopping visual content. Think: reels that break down how voice AI works, carousels that showcase client wins, stories that take followers behind the scenes at industry events.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own Arrowhead's Instagram content calendar → plan, create, and publish 4–6 posts per week across reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
  • Conceptualize and produce short-form video content (reels, behind-the-scenes, event coverage, product demos) with strong hooks and visual storytelling.
  • Design high-quality carousels and static posts that communicate complex ideas (voice AI, BFSI trends, product capabilities) in a visually compelling way.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone of voice for Arrowhead on Instagram.
  • Cover live events (Bharat Fintech Summit, Elets BFSI, client demos) with real-time story content and post-event highlight reels.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares) and iterate on content strategy based on data.
  • Stay on top of Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and B2B content best practices to keep Arrowhead's presence fresh and growing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and GTM team to align Instagram content with broader campaigns, product launches, and PR moments.


✅ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of experience creating Instagram content for a brand (B2B or tech brand experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong portfolio of Instagram work → we want to see reels you've shot, carousels you've designed, and accounts you've grown.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite).
  • An eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling — you care about how things look.
  • Ability to simplify complex or technical topics into engaging, digestible content.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm, content formats, and engagement mechanics.
  • Self-starter who can move fast, pitch ideas, and execute without hand-holding.
  • Comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera for reels and stories.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the Indian BFSI landscape, fintech ecosystem, or AI/SaaS space.
