This role requires someone who is numerical, analytical, and possesses strong attention to detail. This role is full-time with 1-2 days per week in the office and the rest from home. The salary range is £25K-28k Purpose of the job: As we move further into working digitally, the job role of Data Quality Co-ordinator is an important role, looking at providing the highest service levels to customers and field staff across a variety of services. Data is integral to being able to further automate and provide high levels of service, so this role has a critical governance function. Key Objectives The successful candidate will be given a series of tasks and objectives suited to the role. Central to this will be ensuring all data running through the system is accurate and fully completed, to ensure we are providing cost-effective compliance to the customer. The candidate will be monitoring data throughout the whole process, from presale, conversion, through to invoicing and customer portal upload About the Client Our client is a leading provider of health and safety services to businesses across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, review and correct data anomalies across Salesforce Objects (Accounts, Contacts, Service Contracts, Maintenance Plans, Work Orders, Buildings). Ensure data accuracy by identifying inconsistencies and applying the appropriate corrective actions. Conduct regular data audits/QCC's and implement data cleansing strategies Release accurate invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer contracts and internal standards. Raise credits and manage adjustments as necessary to resolve billing issues. Address and resolve customer queries related to financial matters, providing clear and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction Liaise with customers and other departments to clarify discrepancies and ensure the timely resolution of more complex issues. Identify opportunities to improve data management and billing processes, making recommendations for enhancements to increase efficiency. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations, and visit success teams, to resolve issues and ensure seamless communication regarding data integrity and processes. Create/use reports and dashboards and provide regular feedback on data trends, anomalies, and potential opportunities for improvement. Have a good understanding of system and processes to assess the impact of data across the business.
