We are seeking a passionate and strategic College Counselor to join our virtual student support team. This fully remote role focuses on guiding high school students and their families through the college and post-secondary education planning process – including self-assessment, exploration, applications, financial aid, and final decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of college admissions, experience in establishing a comprehensive college counseling program. strong virtual communication skills, and a commitment to helping students navigate their next steps with confidence and clarity. This is a remote position, with the occasional need to travel to Washington, D.C. to engage directly with colleagues and foster strong professional relationships. Occasional travel domestically or abroad may also be required.
