About the role

This is a full-time WFH role for a Content Writer & Marketer.


You’ll be responsible not just for writing original, high-quality long form articles — but also for creating and promoting visual content (Pinterest Pins, Facebook posts) to attract and grow real audiences.


This is NOT JUST a writing job.


You won’t just create articles — you’ll be responsible for getting them seen and read. You’ll own both creation and promotion of content across platforms like Pinterest and Facebook.


This is a true Writer + Marketer role. Apply only if you're ready to do both.

📌 What You’ll Be Doing Daily:


  • Research and write original, long-form blog articles (1,500–3,500 words)
  • Topics include antique items, vintage finds, internet curiosities, crafts, collectibles, etc.
  • Strong research skills and ability to write on any topic we work on, not just your niche or what you like or interested in.
  • You will be writing content specifically for a US-based audience in an American context — understanding U.S. tone, culture, references, and reader expectations is essential.
  • Strong research skills and ability to write on any topic we work on, NOT just your niche or what you like or interested in.
  • Edit, format, and publish content yourself directly on WordPress, ensuring proper use of headings, internal linking, readability, and SEO best practices
  • Create and publish Pinterest Pins and Facebook posts using Canva.
  • Write engaging headlines, captions, and descriptions
  • Track performance and refine marketing strategy based on results
  • Write 100% original & well researched content, — No AI, No fluff, No generic rewriting by just rewording existing content from internet.



✅ Minimum Requirements:


  • Excellent US English writing and verbal skillsif you rely on tools like AI to write or Grammarly to correct, please do not apply
  • At least 6 months of professional writing experience.
  • Basic SEO knowledge — keyword intent, formatting, on-page best practices.
  • Strong research skills and ability to write on any topic we work on, not just your niche or what you like or interested in.
  • Basic Canva skills or willingness to learn quickly & design sense.
  • Marketing mindset — content is only useful when it performs
  • Published content or samples are required (blogs, social media posts, etc.)

  • You must have NO other full-time or part-time job or freelancing in case you get hired.
  • You must have no active educational enrollment.
  • You must not be preparing for exams and want to do this as temporary career and side thing.
  • You must have the ability to focus and actually get work done in a remote setup

💰 Salary & Work Timings:


  • Full-time, remote position (Monday–Friday)
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST (includes 1-hour lunch + 15-minute break)
  • 4-month probation period
  • During probation: You will work on 1st & 3rd Saturdays (i.e., 2 Saturdays/month)
  • After probation: You’ll move to a standard 5-day work week (Monday–Friday)
  • Salary: ₹16,000/month (fixed for 1st year and non-negotiable) -- This salary remains the same during the probation period.
  • You’ll need:
  • A reliable & fast broadband internet connection.
  • A distraction-free home workspace
  • A decent capable & working laptop



💼 Hiring Process:

Step 1: Read JD & Apply via Application Form

Step 2: Initial Screening based on your Application Responses & Submitted Details


  •  If shortlisted, our HR team will message you on Your Mentioned WhatsApp Number for:
  • A short Q&A
  • A writing + marketing assignment (with clear instructions)


 You’ll have 2–4 days to complete the assignment.



Step 3: Assignment Review:


If your work meets 90%+ of our expectations, you move ahead quickly and then ONLY we will have interview. If you completed assignment doesn't meet to set expectations, we will communicate to the same to you.



Step 4: Interview:


  • A 1-on-1 video call via Google Meet to understand:
  • Your writing and marketing process, your understanding, approach, expertise, etc.
  • Expectations, work ethics, and growth mindset



Step 5: Final Discussion


  • If you clear the interview, you’ll have a final round with a senior team members.
  • We’ll align on long-term goals and clarity.
  •  If all checks out — you’re hired.
