About the role

Key Responsibilities:

User Engagement (One-on-One Meetings):
Schedule and conduct individual meetings with users to understand their needs, provide app demonstrations, and explain the benefits of paid subscriptions.
Build and maintain relationships with users, ensuring they have a positive experience using the app.
Address users' questions, concerns, and feedback regarding both free and paid features during these one-on-one sessions.

User Acquisition and Conversion:
Assist potential users in downloading and navigating the app during one-on-one meetings, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Convince users of the added value provided by paid subscriptions by highlighting key features and benefits tailored to their needs.
Guide users through the subscription upgrade process and ensure they understand how to get the most out of the premium features.

Feedback and Customization:
Gather user feedback during meetings and communicate it to the product and marketing teams for improvements.
Customize your approach for different types of users based on their preferences and pain points, working on personalized conversion strategies.

Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
2. NO educational qualification required.
3. Strong research and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Compensation Structure:
INR 1000 minimum stipend.
INR 5 per app download for 100 downloads.
INR 10 per download for 100-500 downloads.
INR 20 per download for >500 downloads.

20% of revenue for every app subscription sold.
