About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern to join our team. As a CRM Intern, you will play a critical role in the success of our sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the execution of all back office sales administration operations, including builder-buyer agreements, payment receipts, and documentation. Handle bookings, login to CRM, and ensure timely completion and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to client booking forms. Obtain required signatures from clients and salespersons on booking forms along with KYC verification. Conduct welcome calls and send welcome emails within 24 hours of bookings, providing necessary information and soliciting feedback. Issue payment receipts, demand letters, reminders, possession letters, buyer agreements, and other related documents. Maintain accurate records and files, handle post-sales queries via email and calls, and coordinate with the sales team. Prepare company MIS and DSR reports, assist customers with flat allotment, stamp duty payment, registration, bank loan, etc., and ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. Preferred Qualifications: Fresh graduates or MBAs with a strong passion for sales and CRM. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
