Job Description:

· Responsible for Ontime inspection of Components at Supplier Site.

· Responsible to perform Joint Inspection along with supplier.

· Responsible to meet the purchase order requirements and Drawing requirements

· Co ordinate with 3^rd party inspection sources and laboratory for validation of supplier results.

· Perform regular supplier dock audits to ensure 100% compliance to requirements.

Skill / Competence Requirements:

· Basic Drawing study with theoretical knowledge on GD & T

· Basic CNC machining process and defects in machining.

· Handle basic measuring instruments like vernier, micrometers.

· Experience in handling CMM, Contour, Video measuring system, profile projector are added advantage.

Experience / Academics

· 2 Years Experience – Diploma / Mechanical Engineering with CNC machining knowledge and instrument handling.
