About the role
- Coordinate with international clients in their India team building endeavors.
- Partake in the client induction meetings.
- Manage employee onboarding activities.
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle and manage an internal team of HR professionals.
- Draft and review various agreements, including employment agreements, service agreements, contractor agreements, and other legal documents, in consultation with the legal team if necessary.
- Consult international clients on their HR policies and procedures in line with their organization's goals and Indian legalities/compliance.
- Manage the company's relationships with partners and third-party providers, including those handling insurance, managed office spaces, hardware, background verification, and visa and travel services.
- Oversee payroll cycle in coordination with the payroll department and validate the input data as per the procedures set out by the clients. Cross-check reimbursement requests and salary updates, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Establish and maintain a thorough documentation system for all official documents, including agreements, letters, invoices, and legal records.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including Co-founders, the Business Development Manager, clients, and their senior executives, to discuss and provide guidance on optimal HR processes in alignment with Indian labor laws and conventions.
- Supervise a team dedicated to swiftly handling client and employee inquiries regarding employment specifics, HR policies, legal compliance, operational procedures, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with relevant departments, including payroll, vendors, and accounts, to ensure the timely issuance of invoices to clients.
