Project Manager (Systems)

Insomniac is looking for a Project Manager (Systems). In this role, the Project Manager (Systems) will lead and coordinate with vision holders to set Pod goals, ensuring the successful implementation of System features and Mechanics. This role is crucial in delivering an Immersive gaming experience by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and solving challenges within the development process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrated ability to build, modify, and maintain schedules for assigned Pods in partnership with Pod Leads. Partner with Track and Pod Leads in the creation of milestone goals deliverables Ability to anticipate and solve problems independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth production Guiding stakeholder reviews and feedback process with Pod Leads Communicates update to the development team about project changes and progress. Facilitate cross-discipline communication and unblock team members from task dependencies Maintains awareness of Pod content status through regular play sessions
