Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insolvency Admin Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves supporting the insolvency and bankruptcy process by managing administrative tasks, assisting senior executives, and ensuring documentation is maintained with accuracy. The candidate will be expected to manage communication, perform general administrative duties, and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless operations. Other responsibilities may include organizing meetings, keeping records updated, and ensuring compliance with deadlines relevant to insolvency cases.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Efficiency in General Administration and related processes
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
- Prior experience in an insolvency-related role or in the financial/consulting sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
